As a round off to the Alice Billings Connects Cultural programme which has been taking place in Stratford for the past year we are going to be hosting an afternoon of food and craft markets, live music, DJ's and workshops.

Market Stall Requirements:
- You will be provided with power and a limited number of Gazebos/Chairs/Tables are available on request.
- You will need to provide Market Trading Insurance / Risk assessments / Food Hygiene Certificates in place to trade with us, it is your responsibility to have this sorted before trading.
- If you do not have market trading insurance / RAMS at the point of applying please do not worry and still sign up to the market but please ensure this is in place prior to March 23rd.
We are expecting a footfall of up to between 400-600 across the day and aim to select a diverse and unique range of traders from those who apply. We ask that traders supply social media handles and support the promotion of the event and traders.

EXHIBITION INVIGILATOR
We are looking for paid exhibition invigilators with an interest and knowledge of fine art to host our In Out exhibition curated in conjunction with UEL. In Out contemplates the intricate relationship between the internal and external aspects of.human existence. By showcasing diverse artistic interpretations, the exhibition seeks to deepen our understanding of how inner worlds shape and manifest around us.
We are looking for people to assist with opening, supervising and closing up the exhibition three times a week for a 5 week period;
26th January - 25th February 2024.
Friday to Sunday 12:30pm - 7:30pm
We are a London living wage organisation so rates for this will be in line with the hourly London living wage and no less.

ARTIST CALL OUT
We are looking to commission an artist to deliver a temporary public realm commission.
For this commission we will be working closely with an artist to design a window vinyl artwork which would be installed at 2 locations on Stratford Highstreet.
Hive Curates/Alice Billings Connects will manage the fabrication and installation of the vinyl on the windows.
Artist fee £600

PHOTOGRAPHER
We are keen to bring on a paid photographer who is confident in capturing and editing content from our activations over the next 12 months. We are looking for someone who is Newham based 18-30 with an interest community and being a part of the programme. We hold on average 2-3 activations per month but this is a sliding scale.

FILM MAKERS
🎥Calling all film makers and creatives. 🎥
We are looking for x 10 film makers between the age of 18-30 to create a 40 second - 1 minute clip inspired by ‘Newham through your eyes’. This brief is suitable for someone who has a connection to Newham through living, working or family.
This is an opportunity to have your work publicly screened before a premiere screening of work by Us.Man.Dere in Stratford.
This is an unpaid opportunity but suitable for someone looking to gain more visibility and for their work to be publicly screened along with connecting with other local film makers.
